Works only with Internet Explorer When clicking on the webcam. A screen pops up.At username type client .No Password needed. You will get a new screen with the webcam on it but no picture yet .Wait between 5 to 15 seconds for a Active-X screen to popup on your internet explorer Install this small program .You have to do this if you want to see the webcams picture.You have to do this only 1 time . The next time you visit the webcam it will work straight away . If you don´t get a login window .It is possible our adsl provider is offline .We will do everything to get the webcam back online .. please report this to us. |
